Big Fish Little Fish Sydney is extremely excited to be hosting our first ever Halloween party featuring Sydney rave legend Monstrous DJ Matrix, and teen sensation Spooky DJ Sol Sydney!
More than just a DJ… Matrix is one of the few Sydney performers to have been in the game over 20 years.. Starting out in the mid 90’s as a raver, Matrix was ‘on the decks’ non stop from the first day he realised you could mix 2 records together.. With a style all of his own, Matrix has been a true genre hopper & taste maker playing all the best tracks of Happy hardcore, Breakbeat, Energy, Italo, Trance, Hard trance, Hardstyle & Hardcore. A wizard on the turntables, Matrix is noted for his tight mixing ability & scratching as well as his infectious presence behind the decks… With sets at the biggest clubs & raves in the country, A Matrix set is always something to behold.. In recent time “The World Of Matrix” series saw him deliver extended vinyl sets that have served to keep the sound alive. Matrix also runs the Sydney Rave Archive souncloud page that hosts mixes from the last 3 decades from Sydney’s other turntable wizards. Still a force to be reckoned with Matrix looks forward to the next dancefloor encounter!

DJ Sol is a rising 14-year-old DJ/ producer.
When not at school, Sol spends his time in his home studio creating beats and performing at Music Festivals, parties and for some of Sydney’s finest pumping DJ sound systems such as; Funkdafied, Sydney Def Jam, Rodd Richards Presents (Ministry of Sound), 4Elements Hip Hop Festival and Bondi Blitz Festival, and is soon to support Boy George at Sydney’s infamous Cafe Del Mar.
