World-famous, award-winning, Glastonbury Festival performing, family rave sensation BFLF are back in Manchester for a family rave up. We have a fabulous new venue and we can’t wait to hit the dancefloors!
Family fun for the post-rave generation of parents. Helping parents be responsibly irresponsible since 2013.
It’s a Tangled Takeover with DJs Steve Thorpe and Terry Pointon banging out their mix of house, trance, breaks and Tangled classics. Perfect tuuuunes for family raving together on a dancefloor with confetti cannons, bubbles, giant balloons and our fab parachute dance finale.

Craft tables with themed crafts, large colouring-in mural and playdough tables.
Play area with tents and tunnels and baby chillout space with mats, toys and small ball pool.
Free transfer tattoos for all.
Facepainter stall and snacks available.
Optional fancy dress – Get your neon and old skool raving gear out!
Please note – The club space at Eden is up several flights of stairs, but once you’re up it’s all on one level and awesome! Eden is a fab venue with 2 club spaces and a separate baby area for our event. One of the spaces has a light up dancefloor, glitter walls and more mirrorballs than you can imagine! We can’t wait for you to see! The venue is accessible for anyone with mobility requirements. Eden also has a restaurant on the ground floor with a kids menu for anyone wanting lunch or tea there.

Bye bye glowsticks
A few months ago BFLF made the decision to stop giving out glowsticks due to environmental issues with single use plastics. We try to be as environmentally friendly as we can at our events using biodegradable balloons where possible, recycling our mural pens and being mindful of the materials we use on our craft tables. People are still welcome to bring them. We’ve had loads of positive support for this, so we hope you embrace it too!
Stairs to the club and accessibility
The club spaces at Eden are up several flights of stairs, but once up there it’s all on one level (and very cool!). There is a small lift, which can be used for anyone who needs mobility assistance. The lift is fairly small, so please expect to use the stairs unless you specifically need the lift. Please contact Rachel at email@example.com, if you have any mobility requirements and she’ll be happy to help.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
All ages very welcome, but activities are designed with 0-8 years olds in mind. Music is played at safe levels for everyone.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The nearest train station is Manchester Victoria and Metrolink stations Shudehill Interchange and Exchange Square are both metres away. There are several carparks nearby.

What’s the refund policy?
There is a no refund policy, but if you are unable to attend you may sell your tickets to someone else. If well in advance of a sold out event please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can try and match you with someone on the waiting list. If within 24hours of the event then please post them to sell on the Facebook event page. Please inform us if you post on Facebook, as we validate these posts.
Adults remain responsible for their children at all times.
For families with younger children (8s and under) though all ages are welcome, as long as there are both adults and children in your party. Adult only groups are not admitted. A max of 3 children per adult in a family. If attending as a large birthday party please ensure one adult to two children minimum. We will refuse entry to groups where there is inadequate supervision. If there are more than 4 adults per child in your group please email email@example.com for pre-approval before buying tickets.
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred/sold on.
Each member of your group must have a ticket and pre-walking infants free (but ticketed). Will cost more on the door (if tickets available).
The event will be busy. The dancefloor is for adults and children to dance together. For indoor events low lighting/club lighting rigs (no strobes) are used.
Music level is set and monitored throughout to abide by WHO guidelines. This is far lower than usual clubs levels but given the number of children attending there is a constant level of background noise during the event.
Please be aware that events are standing/dancing with limited seating.
Each event is stewarded and risk assessed in advance.
Buggies must be left in the buggy park / cloakroom and will not be allowed on the dance floor.
A licensed bar will be open during the event but no glass is permitted.
We may photograph or film small parts of the event and by entering you are giving your permission for these to be used for BFLF promotion purposes.
DJs will be announced in advance of each party via Twitter and Facebook but may be subject to unavoidable change.
